Pricing per page
Pages are billed at $2.00 per page, with volume tiers as monthly usage grows: 1,001–5,000 pages at $1.75, 5,001–20,000 at $1.50, and custom Enterprise rates beyond that.
Hard cap vs. overage
- Solo & Pro: processing pauses at 100% of the included allowance and returns a 402 — you must upgrade to continue. No overage is sold.
- Business: a soft cap with automatic overage at $2.50 / extra page, billed at month end.
Admins may overdraw up to 100 pages as a grace buffer.
Monthly reset
Included pages reset monthly on your billing cycle date (use-it-or-lose-it). You receive a low-page warning at 80% and an exhausted notification at 100% (hard-cap tiers get an upgrade prompt).
Storage billing
Storage is decoupled from pages. Each plan includes generous active storage free for a per-plan window, after which files move to cold archival at a low per-GB rate. Overage is billed per GB per month, never per page.
Managing your plan
Tenant admins can view usage, compare tiers, update payment methods, and download invoices from Admin → Billing.
