How long does it take to process a deposition?
A typical 1-hour video processes in 15–25 minutes. Business tier customers get priority queue placement. You can upload and walk away — we notify you when everything is ready.
Is my data secure and privileged?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Tenant data is fully isolated at the database level. We support FRCP compliance, GDPR, and CCPA workflows. Your work product is yours — we never train on your case data.
Does the AI analyze existing transcripts, or only new video uploads?
Both. Upload pre-existing transcripts (PDF, DOCX, TXT) and the AI will analyze them instantly. Upload video and we handle transcription and analysis together. You can even upload transcripts to sync with existing video.
How is pricing calculated?
Pay by the page. Video: 1 minute = 1 page. Text documents: 250 words = 1 page. Each plan includes a monthly page allowance (Starter 50, Pro 300, Business 1,500), with Business billed at $2.50 per extra page. Storage is free for 90 days (180 on Business), then $0.05–$0.10/GB/month.
Can I bill my clients for my usage?
Yes. The platform tracks page consumption per case, making client cost recovery straightforward. You can set per-case budgets and see exactly which cases consumed which pages. Detailed reports are exportable for invoices.
